Technical support is provided through e-mail. But note that X-Ray Mail Assistant is a freeware product, and our capabilities to provide a support are limited by amount of free time we have. It means that sometimes the question you ask won't be answered immediately. However we will always try to give an answer to all requests within a reasonable time. So, if you have found a bug or would like to suggest a new feature please contact us at support@xrayapp.com.
Additionally we provide priority support for those who support this project. If you have already made a donation please send your questions to support@xrayapp.com using email address that you specified when donating. If your address changed, please include your old address for identification.
